How we price and quote services

We customize every engagement based on your scope, timeline, and team composition. Get a quote to see exact pricing for your project.

We price every project individually because every project is different. Pricing depends on scope, complexity, timeline, and whether you need ongoing support or a one-time engagement. All services are delivered by senior engineers, designers, and strategists, not junior staff or contractors.

Our service areas and typical engagement models

  • Social Media Growth, monthly retainer covering strategy, content, and community management. Usually 3-6 month minimum.
  • Database Security, fixed-fee audit plus hourly implementation, or managed monthly retainer for ongoing hardening and monitoring.
  • App Development, project-based pricing from discovery through launch, typically 8-16 weeks. Ongoing support available separately.
  • UI/UX Design, hourly or project-based depending on scope. Ranges from single-component redesigns to full system work.
  • SaaS Development, fixed MVP fee plus maintenance and feature development on a time-and-materials or retainer basis.
  • Brand Creation, project-based package including strategy, visual identity, and messaging framework.
  • Cyber Security, assessment pricing plus remediation costs based on findings and urgency.
  • IT Consulting, hourly or project-based for infrastructure, DevOps, and operational guidance.

No surprises
Proposals are fixed unless scope changes materially. We'll flag scope creep proactively and won't bill for work beyond what was agreed to without your approval.
